• Whisper™ is designed to be easy to use. You will need to be familiar with computers, but if you can use normal "office" applications you will be able to Whisper™.
• Whispers can be sent on paper if necessary. A Whisper is easy to type back in because it only contains capital letters and numbers. (Whispers never contain characters that are likely to be mistyped, such as "O" or "l".) Also a Whisper is never significantly longer than the original message, so for something short you don't have much to type.
• You don't need anything from your correspondent before you can send your first Whispers. Tell him or her the password in a safe way (for example a letter) and you can start Whispering on the Internet straight away.
• Finally, Whispers are very annoying to eavesdroppers, because they look much easier to break than they actually are!

Whisper™ is available for download at SourceForge as a Windows executable, an installable package for RedHat Linux 6.2 and as source code. If you download the pre-built Windows package you will also need to download the manual separately. (All the other packages include the manual.)

Finally, feel free to give Whisper™ away to as many people as you want (the precise legal terms are in the back of the Whisper™ manual).
